The new T&T Exocett 88 features an easy-loading progressive action designed to lift and aerialize heavy sinking lines, compact shooting heads, and large weighted flies. The steeply tapered 8'8" blank offers fast recovery, enabling long-distance casts with minimal effort for tireless, all-day fishing. The 88 is adaptable, versatile, and powerful, making it the go-to tool for every quiver.
The Exocett 88 expands on the acclaimed Exocett SS with two new models: a 9wt (300gr) and an 11wt (400gr), offering tailored line pairings for diverse fishing situations.
The Exocett 88 sets a new standard in fly rod performance with a proprietary multi-modulus carbon and S -Glass layup, boasting over 50% more strength than previous composites. This new layup enhances hoop strength and reduces swing weight, giving anglers greater tracking, precision, and accuracy while maintaining extreme lifting power and strength. The 88 series now features AFTMA line weight and suggested grain weight labels, simplifying fly line selection.
