If a competitor has a product available online listed/advertised at a lower price, or lower due to a discount/promo they are currently running, we will beat the product price by 5% (*Please understand it’s at our discretion but we usually can do this).

• The item must be an identical product and in new condition sold by an authorized dealer.
• Flea-Bay is not an authorized dealer but if an authorized dealer is discounting on there for NEW condition items, let us know.
• We need to be able to verify this discount, so you can email us a link / screenshot and any sale flyer or similar emails sent by the other dealer.
• If you receive a price match, it excludes any other offers or promos from us that we normally would apply, such as a free fly line with a fly rod, unless this is also offered by the competitor in question and we are matching that as well. All competitor pricing must be current and verifiable online, and approval for price matching is made at the discretion of our staff.

 

A few more important points to remember:

• Be nice to our staff or get terminated as a customer. We will simply no longer deal with you. We have plenty of great customers who need our help every day and we do not have time to deal with people who are a pain.
• Price matching is only for "current" products. Discontinued/clearance products may be excluded. This is based on the manufacturers and is also subject to availability (naturally, we can't match something we sold out of permanently).
• We prioritize customers who prioritize us. If there is a price match / discount on an order, we usually put it at the back of the shipping queue because we are focused on helping high-priority customers who paid full price and often have trips coming up soon. Any order that has paid for expedited shipping (not "Free Shipping") is also moved ahead of any discounted orders. You can have either Faster or Cheaper, it's up to you.
