*Hurricane and Other Shipping Delays

This hurricane was in the top 15 worst storms to ever hit the United States. Millions of people here are without power and flooding/storm surge were severe. Most importantly we hope everyone is ok. We are fine, fortunately, as we were on the edge of the storm but this was a very bad hurricane for a large portion of Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and I believe all the way up to Kentucky. Of course, most of all we hope that everyone else is ok.

This Category 4 hurricane, combined with the ongoing Sage/Rio shipping delays (as they move their entire inventory to a new warehouse this whole month) means that everything has slowed down in terms of being able to get things shipped.

As always, we are open every day and working very hard to keep orders moving. We do actually have plenty of inventory still available to ship, but we cannot guarantee how it will go when UPS or the Postal Service are trying to get your packages out of Florida to the rest of the United States.

Any packages that aren't urgent are being held until we think it is safe to attempt to ship them but I am still here pulling flies, leaders, rods, and reels in the mean time and packing boxes for customers. If you have a trip coming up very soon, let us know and we will either refund you if we can't get your gear out in time or ship what we can.

We do not know exactly what the shipping situation will look like in the next week but as soon as we can resume shipping, we will.

Several million people in the South are without power still...
