Avalon Light Permit Fly #2

The Avalon is one of the best permit shrimp flies around, with lead eyes for quick sinking and to keep it crawling on the bottom. The fly features a mono loop with beads on the bottom that helps keep the fly riding hook point up and adding a clicking noise. This Avalon Light version has smaller lead eyes that gives a lighter presentation – perfect for fishing in shallower waters. We also carry the regular Avalon flies and it's a good idea to have both if you aren't sure how deep the flats will be at your destination.
