Restocking Fee / Order Cancellation Fee

*Orders cancelled after the first 24 hours are subject to a restocking fee assessed at our sole discretion and may vary in the amount charged. This is to recover the cost of the credit card payment processing fees (which we do not get back if we refund an order) as well as any time taken by our employees to assist the customer in placing the order, and later to pull / set aside items for orders. 

*** If you would instead like to EXCHANGE items or receive STORE CREDIT instead of cancelling an order or returning items, then we can usually waive this restocking fee.
