Scientific Anglers Magnitude FRESHWATER Lines Review - New Freshwater Magnitude Lines for 2025!

I am very excited to see the excellent Magnitude series of lines I sell all the time in saltwater expand to cover popular freshwater Infinity taper plus a brand new "Trout Expert" line for 2025! They not only feature clear floating tips, but are also an entirely new material of fly line which I really like. Seems to have less memory and is less prone to curling up or stiffening over time. So they cost a bit more up front but they will last longer based on my experience with all the saltwater Magnitude lines.
The key difference between the two Infinity offerings (aside from the usual option of textured vs smooth) is a choice of either the clear tip (10ft), or the entire head being clear (around 50ft). That's up to you, it's personal preference but I think in most cases people will choose the clear tip overall.
"Trout Expert" is the other new one, and looks to me to be the same taper design as "Expert Distance" for those of you familiar with this specialized line design. That line is mainly just used for practice/teaching/qualifying as a casting instructor, and also showing off. As the name implies you can really carry a lot of line a long way. This new one brings an actually usable "fishable" version that isn't traffic cone orange, but rather a light sage green with the clear tip being very similar to the Infinity clear tip.
